September 25

Jennifer made the decision to go gluten free and mostly grain free in addition to already being refined sugar free on August 15th. The decision has been a good one, but at times limits her breakfast options. While staying up overnight for her coming night shifts, she discovered a recipe for a German-style puff pancake using coconut flour instead of wheat flour. This is how it turned out... PUFFY and AMAZING. She will definitely be making it again.
