June 12

Megan and E had a sleepover at the apartment last night. It was a nice change from the empty 2nd bedroom that currently exists. He was up at 6 am and by 7:25am, was ready to play and be little godzilla like the night before. There was slight destruction in a very untoddler-proofed apartment:

 (Can't you just see the cogs turning... "Aunt Jenn's over there -- so if I open the drawer they told me not to open a thousand times, she'll have pictures to prove I wasn't listening & I'll go to time out. I'll just wait - I can be patient.")

E took a liking to the office supplies/crafts bin while visiting. His favorite items were the foam brushes in the bottom right of the picture. By this point though, he had discovered the acrylic crochet hooks and was trying to eat them.

Luckily for Jennifer and Megan, E still takes morning naps and today it was Aunt Jenn's job to get him to take one so Megan could shower and get ready in peace after lots of playing. After cuddles and kissing on das George, E sacked out with the monkey and Jennifer got her arm free to take a picture.  Love. This. Kid.
