Sometimes there are perks to working day shift- one being, getting to see beautiful sunrises.

Last night, Jennifer was charge nurse at work for the first time! This morning - when all was still well in the world and the kiddos were safely tucked in - the sun came up and the sunrise over Chapel Hill was beautiful! It really doesn't do the sky line justice, but here's a shot from the 7th floor of the NC Children's Hospital overlooking Chapel Hill.
